My Frequently asked questions

How much time is required?

There is one video per day between 20-45 minutes. If the class is 45 minutes, that's just over 3% of your day!

How fast can I see results?

Every person is different. However, it’s amazing how quickly the body responds to movement and keeping at it consistently for 30 days with help you feel pretty mobile and energised (the way to get energy is to expend it).

Do I need any extra things for this to work?

You’ll need minimal equipment: a yoga mat, some yoga blocks, a yoga belt and a blanket (included is a yoga prop cheat sheet with alternative home made options!) You can also use light hand weights or ankle weights to make some of the classes more efficient. I recommend 1-3 lbs as a beginner. You may also find that as you start to invest time and energy into your physical wellbeing you start to buy different food and drink
