Getting older doesn’t have to mean getting stiffer…

For years I pushed through the aches: running marathons, working long shifts as a police officer, and convincing myself that sore knees, stiff hips and tight shoulders were just part of life. I tried all the usual fixes: supplements, physio, painkillers. Nothing lasted. Most days I felt like the Tin Woman, creaking through the day and wondering if this was just how it would be from now on.

Things started to change when I stepped away from the grind and experienced what it felt like to really rest, move gently, eat well and sleep deeply.

Bit by bit, my body softened and my mobility came back. Now, in my 50s, I move more freely than I did in my 30s. That journey is why I do this work today, helping other women ease stiffness, protect their joints and feel strong and confident in their bodies again.

Because when you stop pushing through and start listening to what your nervous system is telling you? That’s when things finally begin to shift.😊
