It can also help individuals overcome obstacles and challenges, develop new skills, and achieve personal and professional growth.
Coaching can help you with various personal and professional issues, such as goal setting, career development, time management, communication skills, leadership skills, work-life balance, and self-confidence.
Coaching may be right for you if you are looking to make positive changes in your life, have specific goals you want to achieve, and are willing to commit time and effort to the process. It can also be beneficial if you feel stuck or unsure of how to move forward in a certain area of your life.
It's important for us to to have a good rapport and feel comfortable with each other. That’s why before we work together I have a consultation with you so we know we are a good fit. Having the same values is key too, mine are Growth, Kindness and Optimism, and everything I do in my business reflects these values.
The time zone I live in is Central Standard Time, which is 6 hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Our sessions will be scheduled at a time that is conducive to both of us.
The sessions are 60 minutes. There will be extra things to do outside of these sessions in order for you to progress and achieve your transformation. Being committed is key to achieving success. Quite often we have more time available than we think. How much time do you spend every day scrolling on social media, watching Netflix or procrastinating? The answer can be shocking. Perhaps spend one day detailing everything you do and I’m sure you will identify several time sucking activities that you could replace that your future self with thank you for.
What you need to consider is where you are now in your life compared to where you want to be. Are you happy with your current existence and content to continue as you are? If so, then investing in my coaching programme is probably not worth it for you. However, if you know you deserve more and have not come this far in life to just come this far, then the time, money and energy that you spend investing into creating for yourself a fulfilling and purposeful life will be 110% worth it.
The investment is due once we agree to work together and before the programme starts.
