Helen has been teaching vinyasa flow yoga for 12 years and practicing for 17 years. She was inspired by Liz lark, Adi Amar, Sarah Kline and Kino McGregor. Helen graduated from a 200 hour teacher training in 2013 at the Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja California, Mexico. Since then, she has accumulated over 700 hours of specialised training including Menopause Yoga™️, Yin Yoga, Classical Kundalini, Chakra Vinyasa, Yoga for Athletes, Yoga for Trauma, Stress, Burnout & Fatigue, Somatic Sequencing, Chanting (Yoga of the Heart) and Yoga Nidra. Helen teaches dynamic classes with a focus on inner strength, self-acceptance and self-compassion.
